You’ll help us to grow the team by coordinating our recruitment processes and managing the hiring funnel, from advertisements to interviews to new hire orientations to ensure we attract, hire and retain exceptional people.
Additionally, you’ll be key to helping us improve our internal people capabilities, whether that’s facilitating training, learning and development materials or supporting with planning and roll out of HR programs, initiatives and employee benefits. You’ll facilitate the management team in building and sustaining a high-performance team culture and contribute to our people strategy as we grow!
